SKMCs were commenced in 2003 at the behest of His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and are carried out by Sarah in the UK on a charitable basis.

Sarah believes education and understanding back problems is half the cure. With this in mind Sarah, has developed ‘Back-in-a-Week’, unique 5-day intensive therapy programs for patients, which she performs at Hotel Tresanton in Cornwall and her country property in the Upper Hunter in New South Wales.
